· Real Estate: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid price to arrive at the final purchase price.
· A 20% deposit (escrow money) of the total purchase price will be retained within 24 hours of auction with balance due on or before 30 days.
· Property will be conveyed by deed description.
· No Broker Participation will be available for this auction.
· Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before purchases may be removed from the premises. Payment options: Cash, check or credit card on file (or other card).

THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND: When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.

Real Estate: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the final purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 20% (escrow money) of the total purchase price is required within 24 hours of the auction's closing. The remaining balance shall be paid at closing, which must occur within thirty (30) days of auction date. All closing and settlement fees, including but not limited to surveys, inspections, reports, title insurance, any/all ad valor em taxes due are the Buyer's responsibility. Each lot will be conveyed by deed description.
Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid price to arrive at the final purchase price. Payment in full by cash, check (payable to Fowler Auction), credit card or cashier's check must be received by our office no later than Tuesday, February 18th, 2024 at 3 PM. All sales are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" - that is final.
* Repeated tardiness and or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on ALL of our bidding platforms.

MAXIMUM BID: When you bid your maximum bid, the current bid price does not automatically advance to your maximum bid. Another Bidder has to bid to increase the current price and the bidding platform will automatically bid up to your maximum in the increments specified.
