Directions: From Liberty, turn off of Hwy 127 onto Middleburg Street and proceed ¼ of a mile. Turn right onto Hustonville Street, then take a left turn at the Y onto Hwy 49. Proceed 2-1/2 miles until you see Hwy 1552. Take a right onto Hwy 1552, proceed 3/10 of a mile and the property is on both the left and right sides of the road. Auction signs are posted.

TERMS: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. All equipment and personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auction. We will accept cash, check or major credit card in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
NOTE: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The inspection period is from August 29th through September 9th, 2022. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
