MULTI-PAR: Tracts will be sold using the multi-par method. We will offer each tract individually in the first round, then accept any combinations in the next round that increases the total. There must be a minimum bid increase of $1,000 per new combination (tract). This process will continue until there are no more bids and the sale will close.
Tract #1 will remain open until the conclusion of all bidding and close simultaneously with other lots. However, Tract #1 will not be grouped in Multi-Par round.
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a maximum of 10 days to inspect the property for lead-based paint. The period for inspection begins on June 13th through June 24th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
