Wears Auctioneering is offering for sale this 780 SF, 1.5 Story home. Hardwood floors, Stove, Refrigerator, walk up second ½ story.

Buyer will be responsible for complete removal and all aspects of coordinating the proper disconnect and removal of the home from the property on or before March 15, 2021.

Please do your due diligence prior to bidding.

Terms: Successful bidder will enter into a Contract for removal of the home from the site. Buyer will have 24 Hours to make Wire Transfer of the total Purchase price after the conclusion of bidding. Purchase price is non refundable. 

Buyer will escrow $2000 for expenses of improper clean up and disposal. These funds will be returned upon completion of house removal and proper site clean up. 

The basement may remain and the seller will remove. The only thing allowed to remain on the site after house removal is the basement. All other material will need to be removed by the buyer unless a written agreement outlining specific items is executed by both parties.

All mechanical items associated with the house, including Furnace, Water Heater, Air Conditioning is included in the sale and will be the responsibility of the buyer to remove.
