DESCRIPTION: Lot #1 is 5.08 acres of level to gently rolling land with frontage on Thunder Valley Road and Eberle Pulaski Road. This land is partly cleared and partly wooded with hundreds of feet of road frontage and two mobile home sites. Its road frontage on location make it ideal for a baby farm or further division and development. There are multiple home sites on the property. The property will be selling by its boundary deed description.
The 1996 14 x 70 singlewide mobile home with be offered separate from the property . Its floor-plan features kitchen, dining/living room combination, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.
The sale of the mobile home shall include all porches, air handlers, etc. that are attached to the mobile home. Concrete slabs, septic system and its connections, electric service pole and other items generally considered real estate will remain with the real estate and not be a part of the mobile home sale.
