We are pleased to be able to offer to the public 269 and 19 Acre Farms located just out of Liberty on Highways 501 and Contown Roads.  This property not only has the perfect size and sites for building, an abundance of good timber, and but also excellent farmland and the opportunity to farm only minutes outside of town.    

This division consists of six land tracts and a separate tract of timber of various types allowing you to purchase the amount of acreage and investment property right for you.

NOTE: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a maximum of 10 days to inspect the property of lead-based paint.  The period for inspections begins October 5th through October 15.  The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day inspection period.
