Going on the Auction Block by online bidding only will be Lots 46 and 47 of Hidden Valley Subdivision. The lots have walkable access to the water. The property has a septic system and is available to HMU water and Meade County RECC electrical service, all at buyer’s expense. BUYER’S NOTICE: The property has an old cabin structure located on it consisting of an old mobile home which was added onto several times and is in need of being demolished. It has leaked and has mold in those areas. The flooring is unsafe to enter the structure. See terms and conditions for more detailed information. The cabin is being sold “as is, where is” condition with all faults known and unknown.
