· A Fowler Auction representative will contact the winning Bidder the morning of Wednesday, June 2nd, 2021 to schedule a time and place to meet, sign contracts & retain a 20% deposit (escrow money).
· A 20% deposit (escrow money) of the total purchase price will be due within 24 hours of auction's closing with the balance being due within 30 days.

· 2020 taxes were $340.09. 2021 Taxes will be pro rated.

Real Estate: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid price to arrive at the total bid price. A non-refundable deposit of 20% (escrow money) of the total purchase price is required within 24 hours of auction closing. The remaining balance will be at closing, which will occur within thirty days (30) of auction date. All closing and settlement fees, including but not limited to surveys, inspections, reports, title insurance, any/all ad valor em taxes due are the Buyer's responsibility. A $2900 survey cost will be added to the final bid price for the Buyer.
If for any reason the Buyer fails to make full payment in accordance with the terms above, the Buyer will be liable for the unpaid balance still due and owing, plus interest in the amount of twelve percent (12%) per annum from the auction date and reasonable attorney fees and expenses for collection as a result of said default.
