Ultimate Choice Success: Pearce & Associates Sells The Roy Martin Estate

On November 21, 2020, Pearce & Associates, a MarkNet Alliance member company based in Alabaster, Alabama, exceeded their sellers’ expectations by using this method to sell a 347-acre property in Chilton, County, which was a farm developed by the late Roy Martin. The final bid price on the 25 tracts was $755,000 and the auction company collected a 10 percent buyers’ premium on top of that. While the bidding was conducted solely online, Pearce & Associates offered a bidding center for those who prefer to bid in-person or need help registering and placing online bids. The auction had a total of 70 total registered bidders, 33 active bidders, and seven groups of bidders at the bid center. In the end, there were seven total buyers.
